Terms of Service

Orders & cutoff

Orders placed by 9:00 PM are delivered the next morning in your chosen slot; orders after the cutoff move to the following day. Menu items and prices may change, and an item may occasionally be unavailable — in which case we’ll offer a swap or a credit.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in INR and shown on our menu. Payment is via a secure UPI link or a prepaid plan. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Delivery

We deliver within our service area (about 10 km across Bengaluru). Please ensure access to your community/flat during your slot; where entry isn’t possible we may leave the order with security and notify you.

Freshness & consumption

Our juices are cold-pressed, raw and unpreserved. Keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days of pressing. Consume at your own discretion if left unrefrigerated.

Health & allergens

Product descriptions are general information about ingredients and are not medical advice. Our juices contain fruits, vegetables and, in some cases, honey or herbal ingredients. If you have allergies, a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, please check ingredients and consult a doctor before consuming — especially the ashwagandha shot.

Subscriptions, changes & holidays

You may pause, skip or change a subscription up to the 9:00 PM cutoff for the next day. We may have no-service days (announced in advance). Any day you skip, and any day we do not deliver, extends your plan by one delivery day so the number of deliveries you paid for is unchanged.

Cancellations & refunds

Handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
